CardioAdvisor™ is the only heart rate system currently on the market that shows the user; via large .8" LED’s their high, low, and mid-range target heart rates, as well as their actual heart rate during the workout. By providing all of this data, the user is constantly aware of what their actual heart rate is relative to their training goals. Utilizing this information allows all users to maximize their heart rate training.
