ActivZone™ - This feature, found on many SAF products, illustrates which muscle groups are being worked during various phases of training. CardioAdvisor™ - This unique feature illustrates your target heart rates for weight loss and cardio training, along with your real time actual heart rate. MyFlex™ - Is a high performance engineered elastomer that possesses the combined properties of rubber and engineered thermoplastics. The result is a unique ability to deliver a proportional cushioning effect, regardless of user weight, while delivering a lifetime warranty. ZoneTrainer™ - Is a custom heart rate program that lets the user choose a specific heart rate training target. Once chosen, the machine will adjust resistance (speed, incline, or resistance, depending on the unit) to keep you training at the desired heart rate. Heart Rate Control - Most SAF products feature heart rate control. With HRC, you can choose between a weight loss HR goal, or a cardio training HR goal, and the machine will vary speed or resistance to help keep you in your desired range. Touch-N-Go™ Programs - Only SAF gives you multiple program choices that allow you to simply push a button and begin working out – no set-up or data entry required. SafeStart™- Treadmills equipped with SafeStart feature a safer 0.1 mph starting speed, instead of the 0.5 mph speed found on many treadmills.
