Indonesia Distributorship Termination Announcement

Sports Art Fitness have terminated PT. Karunia Inovasi Sehat Sejahtera(PT.K.I.S.S.) as its representative for purpose of promotion, sales, technical service and any other business activities of Sports Art products at country of Indonesia sold under the brand name of Sports Art effective June 3, 2009. Sports Art Fitness is suing this company for fraud issues, therefore, Sports Art Fitness distributors are prohibited to provide this company any product or spare part.

Sports Art Fitness have appointed PT. AEGEAN INTERNATIONAL TRADING as its new manufacturer and principal exclusive distributor for purpose of promotion and sale of Sports Art products at country of Indonesia sold under the brand name of Sports Art. PT. AEGEAN INTERNATIONAL TRADING is responsible for the sales, all warranty and non-warranty service and any preventative maintenance for Sports Art Fitness products it sold in Indonesia under the support from Sports Art Fitness headquarter Taiwan. Qualified service personnel are available for all service matters related to the installation and after-sales technical service for Sports Art Fitness equipment.
